Here at LowderLand Farms we are a Family owned and operated 55 Acre Farm. We have tons to offer to our community including, photo opportunities with baby animals, Western Horseback Riding lessons,Weddings, Event Space for Birthday parties, romantic trail rides and much more!
Our Farm Store, we will offer Local goat soap, local honey, Farm Fresh Beef, Sausage, Chicken, Eggs, Veggies and an opportunity for the locals to sell other fun things.
We also run an established Equine Rescue, most of the horses you see on our property have a story of their own and are living their best life now. We also offer boarding. The Sky is the Limit at LowderLand Farms!

Birthday Parties

Enjoy a Farm Teamed Birthday Party, covered shelter for 4 hours in our flat rate package of 250. Includes 1 hour of Pony rides, 4 large 16 foot picnic tables, cups to feed the animals, and animals interactions. Please contact us directly for Availability 704-960-6902

Western Style HorseBack Riding Lessons

Boarding

All of our houses get fresh off the farm round bales all year long! ** Pasture board is $300 (Includes Hay, Shelter, multiple checks daily) **Partial Board is $450 (Stall when needed, Hay, feeding, turn out) ** Full Board is $500 (Includes, stall, turn out, blanketing, feeding all the needs ) Owner provides feed

Photo Opportunities

Mountain Top Wedding

The most breathtaking mountain top view right here in Oakboro ! We can accommodate up to 90 people Comfortably. Our Wedding Venue includes wooden arch, church pews, 40x40 reception area with tables/Chairs, some decorations, wooden spool cocktail tables with umbrellas, and wooden Bar. Now Booking !
